My Favorite Kid Product for Traveling :
The Crayola Mess-Free Color Wonder is one item that gets packed into our son Nate-no’s bag when we travel.
Color Wonder markers are clear markers. Once your child colors on the color wonder paper, their creation magically appears before their eyes. This is the perfect mess-free item to take along and keep your children occupied while traveling.

My son will stay occupied in the car for long periods as long as he has his Nintendo DS. It's the only time when he has unlimited usage.

For Christmas my two youngest received Magnetic Travel Tins by Disney (Cars and Princess Dress-Up). They absolutely love them. We also use audio cds for some down time.

Color Wonder is definitely one. We also have some magnetic boards with removable figures and a DoodlePro
We get travel games and small toys to play with on the road. katie_mmartin at yahoo dot com
Other people's toys. We like to collect other random little toys (kids' meal toys, left over pieces of games, etc) and bring them with us. I don't show them to the kids until we're on our way. That way, we get lots of new things for them to explore at no cost to us and our friends get to clean out their kids old toys.
Magna Doodle goes with us all the time and we can play all sorts of games on it too other than drawing pictures.
I signed up for your newsletter too!

My favorite travel product has to be the Doodle Pad. It allows my daughter to get creative without the mess and keeps her occupied for hours. Reading books also do the trick. Thanks for a great giveaway!

My Mom made a hide and seek bag for my daughter that was always use on road trips. It's filled with little rice-sized beads, and hiding in the beads are small toys, buttons, a spool, etc. My daughter stays busy (and quiet) finding all the little treasures.

travel bingo. we even make up our own cards so everyone has different items to find.
We always take books to read when we go anywhere. I pick them up at garag sales.
We love Mudpuppy Press's peel-and-stick playboards with reusable stickers.
We started playing travel bingo with my 2 kids when they were little. They are teens now and still love to play.
They aren't allowed to play with their PSPs or listen to their iPods. If they want to listen to music, we will plug one of our iPods into the stereo and we will all listen. (We all enjoy listening to the same kinds of music, is that too weird??)
I have always believed that a road trip is a road trip. It is family time. We always have a blast, we like being goofy. A road trip for us is enjoying the scenery and each other.
Etch-a-Sketch always seems to keep my kids occupied for a while!
I find a regular map is the greatest thing to carry. My grandkids love them! Even the littlest can learn something and not even realize it!
My kids got sick if I gave them a book in the car so we had to play games. We would pick a color and count the cars of that color on our trip. The one at the end ,the winner had "Bragging Rights".
Count me in to win
my kids love travel games :)
my kids like plain notebooks and a pen. They can do a lot of creative stuff. My other best kid item for travel are lots of tiny snacks. I can pass a lot of time by passing handfuls of raisin, peanuts, or popcorn back to them. Sometimes playing a game like say a word that starts with an r to get a raisin.
